Resumen
The Antarctica continent is the only one which has not been officially distributed among States, remaining up till today in a legal frozen situation. Besides, the state-centric International Law and the States' interests do not allow to achieve a solution. In this paper, a new overview for the continent's future is presented, based on the assignment of private property rights, following, mainly, the anarcho-capitalist Murray Rothbard's the Ethics of Liberty.
