Neighbourhood relations and animal ownership. Admissibility of the petition for a writ of protection in Chilean horizontal property The co-ownership regulations in Chilean horizontal property have raised different controversies. One of them has been the possibility to make a petition for a writ of protection against regulations that ban animal ownership. Although the Supreme Court has rejected this writ, the case commented on here shows another perspective. © 2022, International Center for Animal Law and Policy. All rights reserved.
