The debate we propose revolves around Artificial Intelligence and its relationship with respect for human dignity. The starting point of this debate is based on the notion of nature, in order to investigate how these new technological contributions, especially the area of robotics, impact on the field of rights, freedoms, on our way of life and on the future of the human species. Robotics is currently the object of analysis by the legal sciences, due to the responsibility involved in its use and exploitation.El debate que proponemos gira en torno a la inteligencia artificial y su relación con el respeto a la dignidad humana. El punto de partida de dicho debate está en la noción de naturaleza, a fin de que podamos indagar de qué manera estos nuevos aportes tecnológicos, en especial en el área de la robótica, impactan en el ámbito de los derechos y de las libertades, en nuestra forma de vida y en el futuro de la especie humana. En la actualidad, la robótica es un objeto de análisis para las ciencias jurídicas debido a la responsabilidad que conlleva su utilización y aprovechamiento.
