Abstract
In a globalization context, the non-central territorial entities, which pursue their own foreign action politics, are noteworthy. One of these entities is the Euskal Herria, space in which the basque culture is manifested in its entire dimension. This text tries to answer the question about which foreign politics strategies have used the basque separatists groups to encourage their independence claims from Spain and France and if they have used the globalization in their favor or not.
