En este webinar conversamos con la Dra. en psicología María del Carmen Perez Fuentes. Ella es académica y directora del grupo de investigación en el ámbito educativo y de la salud Universidad de Almería. Además lidera el proyecto emocovid orientado a mantener la salud mental de niños, adultos mayores y personal de salud en tiempos de cuarentena. En este webinar conversaremos sobre estrés, ansiedad y como manejar las emociones en tiempos donde las libertades pueden estar restringidas como en el caso de esta cuarentena por coronavirus.
