Micro-Institutional Performance Analysis: Thoughts on the use of technology. The Case of the Colombian (criminal) justice system

The need for the technological continuous improvement of the administration of justice was particularly evident for Colombia, a country used as an example due to its social dynamics and institutional adjustments.
