The article deals with Climate Change and investments describing the environment in which these international regimes are presented, which have direct implications in national areas and that in their interrelation present opportunities and impediments and potential conflicts. Although the relations between these two themes seem to be asymmetrical, strategies that can harmonize these two topics will be proposed in order to ensure that the States continue taking steps in shaping a national scenario that assumes the fight against Climate Change in time post Paris Agreement. Special attention will be given to the case of Chile as a relevant actor in both the climate fight and investments in the region.es_ES
