Resumen
The use of IoT and Big Data technologies have allowed a large amount of data to be handled in a short time, generating relevant and timely information for decision making. Considering the above, this work gives an overview of how these technologies can help winemakers to effectively manage and optimize the wine production process in its different subprocesses, and also allows new researchers to know the components of the architectures used and their Scope over time, among other elements. For the above, the methodology used is systematic mapping. © 2003-2012 IEEE.
