Resumen
In this paper, by means of analytical calculations and a simple model, we studied the effect of curvature in magnetic thin stripes. Three different domain walls were observed, depending on the slab geometry. A phase diagram that shows the geometric parameters at which each domain wall is preferred was obtained. The presented methodology can also be used to obtain the magnetization behavior in other curved structures with proper aspect ratio relations. © 2019 Elsevier B.V.

Controlling domain wall chirality by combining hard and soft magnetic materials in planar nanostructures with wire-ring morphology (2020)
Corona, Rosa M.; Castillo-Sepúlveda, Sebastian; Altbir, Dora; Escrig, Juan (Elsevier B.V., 2021-01)Vortex domain walls (DWs) are characterized by their chirality, an important property that needs to be controlled for the use of such walls in potential technological applications. In this work we explore a wire-ring ... -

Symmetry-dependent domain wall propagation in triangular nanowires (2024)
Corona, R.M.; Carvalho-Santos, V.L.; Castillo-Sepúlveda, S.; Altbir, D. (Elsevier B.V., 2024)Magnetic domain walls (DW) are interesting for several technologies requiring perfect control of their propagation along a nanostructure. Therefore, it is necessary to better understand their dynamics. In this paper, using ...
